The Upload Tour

Yesterday, I went to the Upload tour. As soon as the tour was anounced, I planned on getting tickets but my lovely friend Lauren got them for me as a Christmas Present.
What she didn't tell me was she'd paid a bit extra to buy the three of us a signed poster, I told you she's lovely.

The whole gig was amazing so, yes, I am going to tell you aallll about it!
So, first on stage was Tom Law.... yes, TOM FRIGGIN LAW!! He was so amazing and seems like a great guy. He seemed so happy being on stage, joking with the crowd and just having a good time. I have to say, for the size of the audience, we were pretty good at singing along!
After Tom, it was BriBry's turn, he was equally amazing and he has such a random sense of humour, for example when he said 'If Tom law was a dolphin, his song would be touch my fin, not touch my skin' -_- I know! haha :D
It was Edd Plants home gig as he comes from Birmingham so, that was pretty cool. I hadn't heard much of his music but, I really enjoyed his set. It was also the same with Dave Giles, I didn't know many of his songs but, his set left me in tears... literally! He sung a song about his grandad and as you may know, if you read my blog, my gramps died a while ago so, I just burst into tears!
After the show, they all hung around so, we could meet them. First we met Dave and he gave me a huge hug after i told him i was left sobbing at his song. (It was a very good hug, just saying!)

 

We then went to meet Edd Plant and we talked about one of his songs called Netherton. It's a place close to where I live and he said he's thinknig of filming the video there! Also, when I showed my nan this photo, she said he looked 'jolly', basically drunk!

 

After that, we went over to Tom Law who is such a sweet person. He took a few minutes to talk to us before ore people came over to him for photos. I thanked him for favouriting quite a few of my tweets before my friend told him, he doesn't favourite hers, he was apologizing for ages, what a cutie! He also gave a very good hug!

Finally, we joined the massive crowd of people that were waiting for photos with BriBry. After waiting a while, I got my photo with him and he looked at it, confiming that it was fine! haha

 

For me, this gig was one of the most amazing ever. It really made me want to carry on with music and youtube so, i'm going to try an teach myself more guitar and it would be really awesome if you subscribed to my youtube channel >>> www.youtube.com/user/LauraSaidHey
